Sony Ericsson has made another breakthrough with their product, in the form of MBW100 Bluetooth capable watch.
The MBW-100, when paired with a Sony Ericsson compatible phone, will allow the user to see incoming caller IDs, notifies when new messages arrives, as well as silencing ring or rejecting calls. Very sleek feature, and will give you one of those "I’m a secret agent" feeling. The watch itself has a nice look and style to it. OLED display means it will show all the information bright enough, no matter during day time or night time.
It’s a pity that it’s still rather expensive, having a USD399 price tag on it. But I guess that’s the cost of having a fresh, out-of-the-design-box gadgets. Never the less, Sony has another similar product line up, the MBW-150, which will be released in 3 different flavours. Among them is the Executive style, which, by the way, look much much better than the MBW-100 already.
Another feature I would love to see on their future model is the ability to talk into my watch, using it as a bluetooth handsfree. Now that would have been great. A more competiting price would be good as well. Hear me out, Sony.
