The first animation feature film ever made actually is “El Apóstol”, an Argentine film wrote by Quirino Cristiani. It was made in 1917, ran 70 minutes with 14 frames per second. The story was a satire, describe President Hipólito Yrigoyen ascending to Heaven to clear Buenos Aires from immorality and corruption, although it was not a happy ending. Unfortunately, no copies of the movie found.
