Investing on a real estate properties (such as a house, apartment, or something similar) has its own tricks. Should you invest in a location within the big city? or should you go and invest on the country side? A beach house maybe? or you are one of those farm boy? Each person has their own taste and liking when it comes to place to live. Some like it glamour and busy, some like it soothing and peaceful. As for culture, Panamanians are predominantly Carribean and Spanish, and obviously, Spanish is the official and dominant language.
